25% Fees Explained

Our 25% Fee Explained

Most lawyer firms represent clients for accidents on a contingency fee basis. That means we only get paid if there is a settlement or judgment on your behalf. If there is no recovery, there is no attorney’s fee.

However, many attorneys today charge a contingency fee between 35% and 50% of the settlement. That’s a lot of money to pay when it’s your injury.

Cashio Injury Law Firm believes in putting your financial interest above that of the lawyer. That’s why we only charge a 25% attorneys fee if we can settle your case without the need of filing a lawsuit. After all, it’s your injury and it’s your money, shouldn’t you receive the maximum amount possible?

Our clients want the maximum settlement for their injuries. Our philosophy is to ensure the highest level of representation while creating maximum value for our clients.

Our 25% fee does not include cost and medical bills that may be owed to third party providers. Attorney’s fees are calculated on the entire settlement, medical bills and costs are deducted out of the settlement amount in addition to the attorney’s fees. In the event that a lawsuit is necessary, our fee is 33.33%. Compare that to other law firms. And as always, if we cannot recover money for your case, you owe us nothing. That’s our guarantee.
